Southern Style 4x4 we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items purchased from us.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the return.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Custom orders.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at 608-607-1565 to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during return shipping.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Free Returns: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
6. Restocking Fees
15 % restocking fee may apply for returns of certain items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return label and a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel your order and provide a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
9. Sale or Discounted Items
Sale or discounted items may be subject to different return conditions. Please check the specific terms for sale items at the time of purchase.
